VaidNature focuses on maintaining hygiene and product safety. Due to the nature of health and personal-care items, we follow a strict return and refund policy.


1. Returns

To ensure product safety and hygiene:
We do not accept returns of any delivered products.

Once the product is delivered and opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Replacement (Damaged or Wrong Product)

We only replace items if:

  • The product arrived damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the package and product

If approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


4. Refunds

Refunds are provided only when:

  • Order is cancelled before shipping
  • Replacement is not possible
  • Product is out of stock

Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.


5. Non-Returnable Items

All products sold by VaidNature are non-returnable, including:

  • Oils
  • Creams
  • Supplements
  • Serum / Gel products
  • Personal wellness items
